Remembering Rocky

Remembering Rocky Remembering Rocky Remembering Rocky Remembering Rocky

When Rocky arrived at our farm, he was a sight to behold. Tall and kind with a dappled black coat; he was the horse dreams are made of! Over the last nine years, he proved himself to be a true gentleman, taking care of every person and every horse around him. This page is a tribute to his life and to all those he touched. Even at 29 years old,he gave himself fully every day no matter what was asked. He taught the most timid of beginners to our most advanced riders. He was full of mischief but as honest as they come; we give thanks for his presence and know that he is galloping through the heavens knowing that his life had immense meaning. Rocky, we love and miss you. May your life over the Rainbow Bridge be as beautiful as you were to us.

We invite those who loved Rocky to share their comments about him in the box below.

austin and i both rode rocky and he was a true gentleman. i had the privledge of working with him during a parelli training clinic. it was a joy to see the partnership that austin and he had even though austin was initially intimidated by his size, rocky made him very comfortable. he will be greatly missed.
