As prey and herd animals, horses are sensitive to what they see and rely on each other for security. Horses are especially adept at sensing and responding to a human’s intentions, emotions, and body language. Experiencing the horse’s response provides a deeply honest, in-the-moment learning experience that cannot be acquired in a traditional teambuilding setting.
Sessions are personalized to address specific group needs and goals through closely supervised, unmounted, interactive activities with the horses. Programming ranges from half-day workshops to comprehensive, multi-day plans. Collaboration with outside leadership professionals and community speakers is an add-on option. Our programs include all materials, basic A/V, as well as several food and beverage options.
